Camp Day 1
Well I haven’t left my house yet but I’m almost out the door.
Here’s my ‘fast food’ for the 5.5 hour drive.
The Timmys cup are a cover. Well, one has coffee the other has smoothie I made.

I feel super good about that! I had a great week activity wise. Did a lot of hard workouts along with good yoga type workouts. Last night I was at the pool for a bit and did 400 m of laps along with steam room and hot tub time.
Here are my body measurements for this week

- Belly Button - 42
- Ass - 44
- L Thigh - 26.5 R Thigh - 26.5
- L Calf - 15.5 R Calf - 15.5
- L Arm - 12 R Arm 12
I have dance tonight and today is a High Carb Day - I am thinking scallops and shrimp with pasta and veggies tonight.
Tomorrow I go to camp for 10 days and I need to make a plan for that…

Tryna lose 25 lbs in 14 weeks.
….so aiming for about 1.7 lbs weight loss per week.
Tonight was veggie and cheese night
We melted some brie cheese and had veggies and dip with it.
I like it because all the roommates came downstairs and visited.
But I’m super tired right now. Like I wanna sleep. Yawn. As you can see…It’s hardly twilight.
Afternoon baths are the best. Today was supposed to be gym day. But today got bumped to dog walking and bath day.
I feel really good. This week has been fun, active and healthy.
Lots of exercise. Lots of progress. Lots of healthy eating. I feel like I have some control back.
Tomorrow I want to go swimming last hour with Aar and maybe a run earlier in the day with the dogs.
I go back to camp on Wednesday and will be there for 10 days. I will make a plan so I don’t gain everything back.
But for right now, I am here and blissfully happy.
Barre and Hot Yin Yoga today. Yin yoga is now my favorite. Warm and stretchy. My poor muscles are all stuck and sore. My main man joined me at yoga. Feeling good. I can certainly feel all my muscle atm.

75 MINUTES OF A FLOW NON-STOP SUPER HARD I TOTALLY DIDN’T EXPECT AND SHOULD HAVE READ THE DESCRIPTION
Today was supposed to be la dee da easy peasy… then I just walked into yoga hell!
I brought my friend and boyfriend and told them it was gonna be super relaxing. Apparently I’m a liar.
No jokes, great workout. I need to work on flexibility. It was good because I was so sweaty everything I was wearing was soaked… and one guy in there had sweat fall from him like rain. So haaaaawt in there.
So super effective yoga workout.
I did a bootcamp today called Fit Fridays at this workout studio in YMM. It was super hard.
Burpees with half ball
Each for 2 minutes X 2
Then we did:
Jump back forth / side to side
Group sit ups
Each for 2 minutes X 2
It was insane. The BF was there too and he wanted to die lol. I was covered in sweat. I put in 110%
We counted how many we did as a team and then the instructor kept track. Our team had the most points at the end and we won a smoothie for each of us.
Even though the effort was there and I tried hard, the girls on my team were pretty much cheaters or they don’t know how to count….because they definitely added a couple extra to each exercise we told the instructor. The first couple times I was like…OK we did 7.5 and then they were like yaaa we did 11 rounds.
and then other girls just went along with it. And I was the only one like…Ummm…
… I don’t get it. Or maybe I can’t count.
