I love running.
Even if I’m just a chubby hamster stuck on a wheel.
Tried some new trails. Totally worth it. So pretty and had a lot of fun. Sunsets are pretty.

This is day 12 for me and avg 13 hour days. You do the math, my brain is melted.
Sad that I lost my steam and didn’t make it.

I have ran 30.4 km this week on the treadmill. And I have SundayMondayTuesdayWednesdayThursdayFriday to complete the remaining 19.6 km. Suck it 12-day-work-shift I run circles around you bitch.

fatgirlvsgym Give it some time. My weight just bounce up rather then down today. I was a little frustrated but I took extra veggies and fruit today and I’m gonna drink extra water.

Ran 5.3 km tonight
I was fully intending to run 7 ish km tonight, but it proved to be too ambitious! I found myself taking a lot of “seconds” to breathe, or going back down to a walking pace. So I just said, ok, just go with the 5 km. That’s still good.
I am happy with running 18.7 km in 3 days. That’s pretty good for me and my track record this summer.
I made a video earlier but it won’t upload, its 4:30, so probably too long. I will make a new one tomorrow, shorter and upload it.
Im gonna drink all the water and hopefully flush out some stuff and be lighter tomorrow!!
If not, that’s ok too, this is a journey not a race.

I actually had a good run, inched myself a little further than yesterday, which was the same amount of time.
