Early Morning Workout #2

I did arms and abs.

I was down quite a bit. But earlier in the week i was up 4 lbs from my last weigh in….turkey and drinking did a number on me….

But now I’m almost back to where I was last week.

Another week maintaining like a boss but not on purpose.

Also. There’s my supper.

My Morning thus far.

I have been feeling so unhealthy lately. Avoiding jeans. Mirrors. Healthy food.

Thanksgiving + Weekend Schindigs = Huge step up on the scale.

I’m back at camp and there has to be a breaking point. I will never lose any weight at this rate and I will keep bloating out.

So this morning. .. I got out of bed. Did the workout. Got all sweaty and tired. Ate a healthier breakfast. Drank some water. Enjoyed the sunrise.

Tonight I plan end up at the gym to walk on an incline on the treadmill until I’m soaked in sweat.

Start all over again.

Camp Supper

Super good. Very filling.

I just found out we get to start a little later in the morning and that gives me a little more time.

Last night I slept horrible but I want to go to sleep early and get up to do weights from 6-645 am.

Tonight I will look up some workouts to attempt.

Just finished a Warm Deep and Gentle Easy Yoga class.

I really liked it. My feet and calves were sore from the last two days of exercise but not they are warm and relaxed.

My mind is busy. Thinking about my friend who is coming to visit. The groceries I need for turkey chilli. The recycling in the back of my jeep. The blankets I’m washing
My dust bunny floor that need sweeping
The items I need to pick up downtown later when I pick up my friend.

Deep breath.

Also need shave.

Good Day.

I did almost everything on my list.

Didn’t sweep or do my nails.

I did an Abs, Ass, and Thighs class at the gym. Sooooooo hard.

And what the hell why am I the chubbiest person in my classes? This gym is stock full of very pretty, thin/fit, perfect hair ladies and I’m all there with my frizzy hair, rolls, no makeup.

Need more sleep. Need more hours. Need more energy.

This week will be good. This week I will weigh less. This week will be healthy. This week I will sweat. This week I will drink gallons of water. This week I will plan.

I’m having a weird day and I needed to clear my head so I went for a bit of a walk.

Took both my pups with me. I can tell they were picking up my vibes and acted a bit angsty today. One of them got in a scuffle with a puppy :-( no injuries…just bruised egos.

I just saw a picture in my dash about over thinking. And it went something along the lines…. when trying to not dwell on something don’t focus on what went wrong…instead focus on what to do next.

That’s so fitting for today. My friend had a bit of breakdown today because it was a holiday weekend and we all indulged. She wants more than anything to reach her goal weight and this weekend felt like a huge set back and she really felt like a failure.

I have a hard time saying the right thing that makes it better, and I don’t believe in feeling guilty over something done and over with, so I just told her to move on and work on going forward.

Everyone struggles in their own way and has their own demons to defeat. Sometimes it can be hard to help others but sometimes they gotta work on the inside.
