Got a little sidetracked today… No work out. But finally got the last of our furniture in …. And it was ALL in boxes! Took me hours to wrap, put together and set up.
Does that count? Also walked the pup.
Tomorrows forecast holds an early morning workout, shower, appt. Then snowboarding!!!

#1 down from last week 2.1 lbs…what?!
#2 Sooooo close to the 160s…like super close. Omg wut. Can’t believe it.
This meal plan is amazing I totally feel like I’m full ALL the time, I was like, no way I’m losing weight.
Then BOOM. From Sunday (174.3) to today…down 4.1 lbs?! I know I was just heavy from the weekend family meals and birthday dinners, but it’s crazy how much my weight can fluctuate.
It’s gonna be hard not to peak at the scale…so hard…but I’ll do my best. I JUST wanna see the magical 160s again.
So in a nutshell…super happy. Yay.
Supper was a BIG hit with the boys of the house. They really liked this. I thought the spag squash was meh. Maybe I overcooked it because it was mushy. But super healthy and light and flavorful. I would eat again.
Did the HIIT 2 workout for the day…omg that was hard. I didn’t have dumbbells so I used kettle balls. It was tough to complete properly and the cardio blast was brutal.
I was THIS CLOSE to saying eff the mile run. But I did it! In 9:26! That’s awesome. Like 5:51min km.
I got a new a couple of gym outfits. Love these capris. Love how loud they are.
On my way home, it’s already past 7 pm and just googled how to make spaghetti squash….well didn’t realise it will take an hour to bake…gonna be eating late today! O well. Excited to eat.
I don’t think I’m gonna workout later than 8 pm again. I’m just Sooooo hungry afterwards. Only did about 40 min of cardio. It was ok.
I think tomorrow will be tough. Some of the Blogilates HIITs are really difficult. But I’ll do it and try to run a super fast mile afterwards.
The food was good, I was pretty full and satisfied after eating. And all was so tasty. The quinoa was good but it’s different texture, would need to acquire the taste for it.
After the gym I had some chocolate milk and a left over burger pattie from last night. I seriously want more, but I’m chugging some water now. But I want cheese….pizza ….. But Noooo….I’ll wait until next Sunday for homemade pizza night.

Just did the ab workout of the day and all I can say is…Wtf…that was tough. My abs are so weak! I have no control! Modified everything!! But so good. In time I’ll be stronger!! Be able to COMPLETE the moves PROPERLY and not the EASY way. Good series. Definitely sweat and gonna be sore later! #newbodymakeover

This 12 weeks challenge will be very interesting because I have yet to actually complete something this long and this structured. I am positive I can do this, there is so much support, plus Cassey makes it so fun and catchy.
I did my ‘before’ photos. I am very….unsatisfied with how I appear and this motivated me so much more to work hard and complete this challenge. I weighed myself this morning and it was VERY VERY high, however, not surprisingly so, because I did NOT make super healthy choices the last TWO nights in a row.
BUT that’s okay, because today is DAY ONE / NINTY. 90 Day challenge, I am going to MASTER you!

I will weigh myself every Wednesday for WiW. But that’s it! No peeking.
I am super motivated to improve myself, be stronger, sweat lots and eat so healthy!
Another reason I am soooo motivated is because we are going to MEXICO in 45 days!!!
I am so excited! and I want to look fabulous and be super sexy looking in my photos! and it is half way through the challenge! A mid way motivational burst!! I can do it! 6 1/2 weeks away!!
