Still fun. Except we had to scale a steep as hill in the dark and follow a goat trail…

I’m back!! And let it be on record…dispute my lack of running I have been working it out.
Did some hot yoga… that was so relaxing and easy…just slow. I think IL do this class when I’m super sore.
Then my roommate and I did the boot camp 2 days ago…I’m still sore. It was fun and I loved it.
Tonight.my BF and I are going to the spin class. I’m really looking forward to it.
I’m gonna walk my pups this afternoon and hopefully loosen up my sore muscles and be good for tonight.
I think I will try for another yoga class tomorrow afternoon to help as well.
And I gotta get some miles in too. The weather has been pretty mucky and wet here and I’m dreading taking my dogs our. ..they are mud magnets…. but they are dying for a run so it will happen.
I’ve left the tired zone and entered the exhausted realm.
Day 9/14 on shift. Feeling good. Days are going by. Haven’t ran in a few days but I’ve got a few left in me.
I need to jazz up my calendar before Sept 1!!

Ran 4 more miles. Runned 13 miles since I started this shift. Aiming for 30 miles. We will see. Feeling energetic and good last few days.
So I think I’m done making my Septem-Booty calendar …there’s long runs, hill runs, squats, lunges and Jillian Michael workouts in there.
But it’s not too crazy but it should be fun. Anyone want to try it?
Snuck away at work and ran for a bit. At home I’m the most active around noon. Just gotta do what feels right. You can’t stop me. Just took an unpaid break.
